Most articles on the web suggest setting the system property com.sun.xml.ws.transport.http.client.HttpTransportPipe.dump=true as a VM argument.
This is no longer correct on JRE/JDK 7, it is now com.sun.xml.internal.ws.transport.http.client.HttpTransportPipe.dump=true
